Seldom does everyone involved in the beginning have the same developed skills of objective, non-violent communication in the co-creation of something brand new, unique to the composition of all those carrying the defined intent. For sincere members, the project represents a potentially huge amount of investment in time/money/life-purpose, so it helps to keep that respectfully in mind as we co-learn deeper social intercourse.
The ongoing dialog around various group process protocol/practice always comes down to the the actual understanding/implementation of the principles outlined, no matter what name the process carries.
