Elaboration of Domain Choices

The Idea of being "corporate shareholders" of the Commons is similar to a Landtrust , in that it ensures the envisioned future use of the whole property in a context of preserved, responsible community with its signatory values. There are only about 5 homes group-able within hydro range near one end of the property, and possibly a few more at the opposite end if there is a mainline there at the road. Alternately, a Vertical axis generator could be acquired eventually. Additionally, any 2 or 4 of the 3 domain sizes have the option of "Grouping" together at a respectful distance, in order to adopt a significant savings on heating costs/effort and enhanced food source. Here is a picture : 2 (or 4) domains "back-to-back", sharing a hi-efficiency outdoor water furnace which delivers radiant heat via insular piping to each cabin, separated by 100' or more. There is more useable room in the cabin, and never the risk of carcinogens from wood-burning smoke inside.

The furnace is between the 2 (or 4), and housed in a dome greenhouse with dry wood prestacked for the winter, and co-warmed growbeds and aquaculture to extend veggie sources spring and fall/winter.
