Henry's Invitation
With considerable background of intentional community experience, observations have evolved a set of parameters; conditions which facilitate effective collaboration towards an agreed intent or vision.
We celebrate all those, past and present, involved in similar projects, and hope to meet each one, sooner or later.
In this project, there is no particular religious group affiliation promulgated. We recognize that individuals have had a variety of such affiliations and we presumably celebrate the truth of each one. The relevant spiritual values which have been thus gleaned, embodied, are blended with the genes which we've chosen to wear this time round.
The representative interaction of all these is the component uniqueness of this particular entity, and is changeable with each addition and subtraction.
A few personal friends and I currently continue this particular quest, and hence this invitation to others of like mind to join us in real-izing this shared longing. We recognize that this may not be for many folks yet, but it does require a focused critical mass to launch.
Collective wisdom will become evident from our transparent sharing as individuals with likeminded intent. The acquired basis for such fruitful dialog could be left to chance; however, the nature of the societal condition - now more than ever - requires concerted, co-generation by would-be participants to explore real alternatives to the dysfunctional aspects of our social world.
Honest disclosure, checks and balances are important, as is sufficient dedicated time to its "formative substance" (the vibrational result of harmonious, substantive dialog, online and face-time meetings).
From a developed base of such substantial experience, there can be intelligent creativity towards a proposed, viable (rural) community. This, in turn, could also become an effective facility for sharing knowledgeable experience... a community of unique home-domains, respecting both private space, and our Commons - although it is not intended to be financially egalitarian as a whole - but promoting individual responsibility in creative associations with each other.
Practical spirituality would be its hallmark, concerted joy its fuel, balance expressed through participatory deep organics, biodynamic, wholistics, permaculture, insightful and mindful living, including natural structures... and what is not yet known.
